The sommelier, Andrea Fontana, a student at the Luigi Veronelli permanent seminar, is a professional wine taster, coordinator of Lombardia per Slow Wine, the Slow Food wine guide, and lecturer and speaker at wine-tasting courses and wine-tasting evenings.

He works at the Trattoria Il Gabbiano – Corte de ‘Cortesi in the province of Cremona – and thanks to this experience, he has created an exclusive line of wines called the Andrea Fontana Selection CI METTO LA FACCIA (I PUT MYSELF OUT THERE), which groups together local products made in an organic and natural way.

In September 2017, he also created the RACCOLTI & RACCONTI project which includes a blog, a YouTube page, a Facebook page and the wine list of the same name composed entirely of Lombardy labels.
