He is a lawyer (since 2002), a professor of tourism law at the University of Bergamo and an expert in the EU IPA project in Bosnia Herzegovina for legal assistance in the tourism industry. He has been acknowledged as a legal aid at the Court of Cassation and the CJEU since 2016.

He is the owner of the law firm www.tourismlaw.it focused on activities of legal advice and assistance in the B2B / B2A / B2C areas of the tourism law sector in Italy and abroad.
