Bologna Welcome Communications Manager

With previous experience in communications at the ApT Servizi Emilia Romagna, Giovanni’s interests are focussed in the organizational side of social media, the narrative forms made possible by the internet and corporate crowdsourcing.

He also collaborates with Nòva -Il Sole 24 Ore, the Centro Nexa at Turin Polytechnic University, and Formez- PA. Since 2010, he has been responsible for #socialPA, a project for monitoring and analysing the presence of the PA on social media.
