Alberto Sabatini, a Florentine "DOC" from the family of restaurateurs of the same name, after a long experience at the "Duchi" had entered the fast food sector, in the best meaning of the term, almost on tiptoes.

Finding himself managing a wine bar, “L’Etrusco” in Via Crosada, the choice was to get out of the usual "slavery" of Friulian or Sauvignon wines by offering 80% Tuscan products.

It can now be said that his choice was rewarded. In just under a year, Sabatini was able to create a hard core of admirers who have appreciated his commitment and, above all, his ability to renew himself, always.

A dedication that is especially valid for food.
