Giovanni teaches Accounting and Financial Statements and Company Valuation; he is Adjunct Professor of Financial Accounting at New York University and Professor of Control Systems at Luiss Business School.

Certified accountant, Auditor and Technical Consultant of the Civil and Criminal Court of Florence.

Lecturer in budget and business crisis at the Scuola di Alta Formazione Tosco- Ligure as lecturer on courses in business administration, recovery plans and certification of plans. He has participated in and coordinated several research projects (EU, MIUR and CNR) on budget, control and company value.

He is the author of several national and international publications. He participates as an independent member of the Board of Directors and as chairman or standing member of the Boards of Statutory Auditors of various companies with share capital.
