Having harvested the ingredients with her humanistic studies, the spices and aromatic herbs with a diploma in piano and musical activities for Ricordi SpA, BMG and Feltrinelli, since the mid-1990s, she has created digital menus to serve dishes with a Web sauce.
She is a lecturer in Web and Social Media Marketing at the LUISS Business School and at IHMA – International Hospitality Management Academy.
For many years, she has managed the only blog in Italy dedicated to digital communications for restaurants: CnR – Comunicazione nella Ristorazione. She is a speaker at specialised Digital Tourism and Food events.
She holds the role of Tourism and Food representative in the BeWizard! scientific committee. Nicoletta co-authored the book “Ingredients of Digital Marketing Catering” with Luca Bove, from Dario Flaccovio Editore.
