Susanna was born in Rome on August 27, 1965. She graduated in architecture with a specialisation in residential, holiday, hotel, exhibition and leisure standards, and has a Masters in communication and marketing (sponsored by FERPI).
She has been working in the fields of marketing and communication; research, development and creation of new products; analysis and development of strategic marketing plans for territories; training, qualification and motivation of human resources with specific reference to the tourism, services and advanced services sectors since the late 1980s.
In tourism, she has carried out studies aimed at identifying new products and services, developing product strategies; defining business marketing plans; redeveloping declining production and tourist areas; promoting and enhancing territories; she has been involved in research and analysis of markets, including international markets, supply and demand, and competitive benchmarking projects on brands, products and destinations.
She is on the BTO11 Planning Committee, and in the Research Working Group.
